A key element to producing high precision components, is the ability to accurately inspect and document the results. We have invested time, money, and training to assure our staff and equipment can meet or exceed our customers requirements.
Combining our commitment to quality with state of the are technology, we are able to meet or exceed various aerospace and industrial standards. Our Mitutoyo CMM is armed with the latest Verisurf software. With Verisurf we are able us to use minimally dimension drawing, combined with 2d or 3D digital file, to inspect per current Digital Product Definition (DPD) requirements. We are approve for DPD per Boeing's D6-51991.
